Who operates this store

These terms govern use of moontev’s online shop and purchases from moontev. Our verified contact and correspondence information appears below. We do not represent an unverified corporation, manufacturer or authorized dealer. Our public brand domain is moontev.com; our current Shopify storefront address is c7d3ud-mf.myshopify.com. A domain being mentioned in these terms does not establish that it is currently bound or reachable.

Eligibility and use

You must have legal capacity to enter the transaction or have the permission required by applicable law. Provide accurate order and contact details and keep account credentials secure. Do not misuse the site, interfere with security, introduce harmful code, scrape private information, impersonate another person or use the service for unlawful conduct. We may restrict misuse proportionately while preserving applicable customer rights.

Product descriptions, fit and included items

Review the selected variant, dimensions, materials, fitting method and stated contents before buying. Images may show accessories or multiple examples for illustration; only the stated purchase quantity is included. Estimated dimensions and inferred materials are identified on product pages and are not measurements or verified composition claims. Fit depends on the listed dimensions and installation method. Check the available space and use wall-mounted products only with suitable fixtures and support. We do not derive safety certifications, exact capacity or unverified compatibility from photographs.

Prices, taxes and payment

Prices are in USD. Applicable taxes and the complete total are shown before order submission. Standard shipping to the supported US area is free with no minimum. Only payment methods actually presented for an eligible checkout are available; Shopify Payments is activated, while available methods remain dependent on the eligible checkout. Orders and acceptance

An order acknowledgement confirms receipt, not necessarily acceptance or dispatch. We may contact you to resolve a stock, address, payment or obvious description/pricing issue before accepting or dispatching an order. We will not increase an agreed price without your express agreement. If we cannot fulfill an order, we notify you and cancel with a prompt refund of amounts collected as applicable. We do not substitute a materially different product without permission.

Delivery

Our Shipping Policy provides the supported area and estimates: 1–2 business days processing, 2–4 business days transit after dispatch, and 3–6 business days total, excluding weekends and US federal holidays. Estimates are not guarantees. If dispatch is delayed, we notify you and offer a revised time or cancellation and prompt refund as required. Statutory delivery and risk-of-loss rules remain applicable; these terms do not shift legally nontransferable risk to you.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Request changes or cancellation immediately. A confirmed cancellation before dispatch receives a prompt original-method refund without waiting for a returned item. Eligible returns may be requested within 30 calendar days after delivery, with a prepaid label, no restocking fee and no exchanges. For an approved return, we will issue the refund to the original payment method within 10 calendar days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit to your account. The full Refund Policy applies and does not remove statutory remedies for damaged, defective, misdescribed, incorrect or incomplete goods.

Intellectual property and independent retail relationship

Site layout, original text and our branding are protected as applicable. Third-party names or marks belong to their respective owners. Unless expressly stated on a product page, we do not claim to manufacture the products or to be affiliated with, authorized by or endorsed by a third-party brand. Do not reuse protected material beyond legally permitted uses without appropriate permission.

Third-party services and links

Shopify supplies commerce technology. Payment providers, map services and shipping providers perform their own services under applicable terms. They are not the product seller merely because their technology is used. External links are provided for relevant information; we do not control third-party sites. Our own fulfillment, refund and legal obligations remain ours.

Privacy and communications

Our Privacy Policy explains information handling and actual privacy choices. Necessary order and service communications are separate from marketing consent. Do not submit full payment credentials, passwords or one-time codes through email or contact forms.

Availability, responsibility and legal limits

We work to keep the store accurate and available but interruptions or errors can occur. To the extent allowed by law, the website is provided on an as-available basis. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, applicable product warranties, remedies for defective goods, or other nonwaivable consumer rights. Any limitation is only effective to the extent permitted for the particular claim and jurisdiction; it is not a blanket waiver of responsibility.

Disputes and governing law

Contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. Applicable US federal law and the law determined under relevant conflict-of-law and consumer-protection rules govern as appropriate. We do not assert an invented registration, exclusive court or mandatory arbitration agreement. Nothing removes the protection or forum rights that applicable law makes mandatory for a consumer.

Changes, severability and contact

The version in effect when you order governs that transaction unless another lawful arrangement is agreed. We may update terms prospectively and provide notice when required. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder applies to the extent lawful. A failure to enforce a term is not automatically a waiver.
